This video taken by Stephanie Wakefield captures sea level rise flooding in Miami on September 30, 2019. Shown in the video is salt water coming up from the drains as well as Biscayne Bay and an image of the city's climate change future-present. During this year's King Tides, waters rose more than a foot higher than the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's prediction. For more videos of the flooding shot by Miamians, click here.
